HBAI will not accept any paper that, at the time of submission, is under review for, has already been published in, or has already been accepted for publication in, a journal or another venue with formally published proceedings.
All papers for the review should be submitted electronically using the conference management tool in PDF/DOC format and formatted using the Springer LNAI template. http://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines

Due to the continued impact of the coronavirus pandemic, IJCAI-PRICAI 2020 in Yokohama is not able to be held this July. It has been changed to January 2021 (exact dates and duration to be determined). See http://www.ijcai20.org/ for the details.
As a workshop of IJCAI-PRICAI, I am very sorry to have to make the decision to extend the submission and review of the HBAI 2020 to this September.
